Presentation Addresses Lessons From Community Courts

An interview with Greg Berman, Director of the Center for Court Innovation, and his presentation “Try Again, Fail Again, Fail Better: Lessons from Community Courts,” are available online. Mr. Berman offers lessons from several efforts to make reform stick in criminal justice settings and focuses on the development of community courts.
