OVC Funding Creates Cold Case Victims’ Guide

Through a federal grant project, funded by OVC, participating partners developed “Serving Survivors of Homicide Victims During Cold Case Investigations: A Guide for Developing a Law Enforcement Protocol.” The project team identified six key areas to help law enforcement agencies as they reopen cold cases and serve the survivors of homicide victims. (OVC)
